Adoption Matters Northwest Chief Executive Norman Goodwin:
“We’re looking for people with a variety of backgrounds, cultures and beliefs who can adopt children and give them something many of us take for granted – a secure stable and loving family.”
He adds, “We have placed more than 3,500 children across the Northwest into loving families but there are thousands more children still waiting. Some have waited years without a single enquiry from a potential adopter.”
“This is exactly why we are hosting the information events, to enable local people to explore the myths and realities of adoption in an informal environment.”
