If you…

Telephone: An Adoption Practitioner will usually be available to talk to you about your interest in adoption. Together you can discuss some details and whether the agency can assist you. If a social worker is not available you can leave a message and someone will return your call. An answer machine is always in operation outside of office hours, and all messages are picked up the following working day.

Write to us: On receipt of a letter we will respond within two working days. We will send you information about adoption or if you request give you a call to discuss your enquiry.

Email: If you contact us by email we will reply within two working days. If you leave a forwarding address we will send you an information pack.

Visit the office: You are welcome to call into the adoption agency office and discuss an adoption enquiry with an Adoption Practitioner during office hours. If an Adoption Practitioner is unavailable, please leave contact details - someone will contact you within two working days.
