Children and young people who have been adopted can ask to see or talk to one of our social workers. A lot of children do this if they are worried about something or just want someone to explain something they aren’t sure about.
Click on the star to read our leaflet called ‘A Children’s Guide to Adoption Support’. This will help you and explain how to get in touch with us.
We always want children and young people to tell us whether we made things better and if there are things we could have done better.
Click the Heart to read our leaflet called ‘Tell us what you think?’
This leaflet will help you feedback important information to the agency and help make the support we give you even better.
Click the Hand to read our leaflet called ‘A children’s guide to how to complain’.
It is important to Adoption Matters Northwest that you feel able to tell us if we are getting things wrong. If we have, you can tell us and we will try to sort this out for you.
