Assessment, Therapy and Counselling Services

A Service for adopted children, Looked After children and children living in Kinship Care or with Special Guardians.

This Service expands the advice and guidance provided by the agency. The Service was planned initially to meet the needs of adoptive families, but was extended to meet the needs of a broader range of children who may present similar needs. We know that from time to time some children will need additional therapeutic support. The Service provides a network of therapists and counsellors which families and social work practitioners can contact if the need arises.
